Photography in Nature Workshop

During this Nature Photography Workshop, organized and taught by a passionate

landscape and nature photographer, Lubos Pokrivcak, we will go out through the La

Mata and Torrevieja Lagoons. It is an interactive theoretical-practical workshop where

you will be accompanied and advised at all times not only on photography settings and

technique, but also on the most common mistakes and how to avoid them.

The workshop is perfect for beginners and photography enthusiasts, with or without basic knowledge. Having your own digital or analog camera is highly preferable, but not essential, since we will also take photos with our mobile phones, ready for our social networks.

CONTENT AND DEVELOPMENT

• We will start at 6:30 p.m., leaving the parking lot next to the La Mata Cemetery.

• First we will walk to places of interest, talking about light and its importance in

photography.

• Will continue with the basic pillars of exposure – ISO, aperture and exposure time

and we will explain the relationship between them.

• By seeing examples we will learn about depth of field and its relationship with

physical distance, focal length and aperture.

• We will talk about composition in photography with clear examples.

• Visiting several points will allow us to have different interesting shots.

• The fauna of the area (birds, squirrels,...) will test our skills with our cameras.

• Before the sunset we will go to the Laguna Rosa de Torrevieja to take advantage of

the light of the golden hour and the sunset itself.
